Flora by Gucci

Notes: citrus accords, peony, rose, osmanthus, pink pepper, sandalwood

At the Bergdorf's Sniffa breakfast, a rep told us all about the new scent by Gucci, Flora, and made a big deal of mentioning Princess Grace and the original Flora print that had been designed for her. Well, Grace Kelly immediately evokes thoughts of cool, refined, elegant, glamour.

Unfortunately, I'm sad to say that Flora smells like every other nondescript floral fragrance aimed at the youth market today. It's a boring citrus-over-floral, much more socialite than princess. It's pleasant enough, but...yawn.

Packaging is nice though.
